The watch is built to last several lifetimes - but should be serviced every 3-5 years.

If you would like to give your watch a service, our watch technicians can help. Drop us an email and we will see how to best help you, with a local shop or sending it in. Likewise, for repairs: if it has been in an accident or is faulty - drop us a line:

Send an email to mail@trotha.ch and state your name, address and the watches serial number.

Your watch is covered by a five (5) year limited international warranty effective from the date of purchase. If your Trotha Contemporary Assets watch malfunctions within this period, we will repair or replace the timepiece for you at no cost to you.

Exclusions:  The warranty covers manufacturing and materials defects, but does not cover: Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental impact (including but not limited to scratches, chipping of the crystal or wearing of PVD coatings), unauthorized repair or modification work.
