We accept payments for international orders via Credit Card and Stripe. Please note that Trotha Contemporary Assets does not ship to PO Boxes. Most orders for in-stock watches will ship from our facility within 2-3 business days after your order has been accepted and payment received. Delivery times will vary based upon time required for customs clearance.

Taxes and duties: For shipments outside of Switzerland, the customs office (or other authorities) in the sending and/or destination country may separately apply import duties, customs fees and/or other duties, fees, taxes and charges to your order. Customers are solely responsible for payment of these duties, fees, taxes and charges.

If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your order for free within 14 days of the shipment date. We cannot accept returns beyond this time frame and will return them to you.

Please note that engraved watches cannot be returned since they have no resale value.

All items need to be returned unworn, in their original packaging (including protective film/cover) and with a completed returns form. If the watch is returned in perfect condition, but the strap has been used or marked then a refund will only be granted on the watch.

If you would like to arrange an international return, please email mail@trotha.ch before arranging to return the item.

There are two options, we can provide FedEx details for free returns. Alternatively, you can send your return via a tracked and signed for service. However, you choose to return your package, please include a completed delivery note with your return so we can identify it easily. Please retain a proof of postage receipt until you’ve been credited for your return. Trotha Contemporary Assets is not responsible for items lost in transit.

If you have not received your refund within 10 days of returning your order, please send proof of postage to mail@trotha.com and a member of the team will look into it for you. Please note that we will be unable to assist you if you have not retained proof of postage.
